Return and refund rules for Rishan Enterprise orders.
1Eligible returns
- A return is allowed if the product is damaged, wrong size, wrong color, or different from the description.
- Customers should check the product at the time of delivery and report any issue within 24 hours.
2Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tag and packaging intact.
- Opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
3Refunds
- After return confirmation, refund will be completed within 3-5 working days.
- Refund methods may include bKash, Rocket, Nagad, or bank account.
- Orders paid online via ShurjoPay are refunded to the original payment method where possible.
